Which of course they will deny!ĭon't know how it is in the other states but ct is awful and never - more.News and research before you hear about it on CNBC and others. This company is a sinking ship! And they are not even nice never say thank you don't provide lunches for meetings they don't even do anything for the holidays they don't care at all about the employees. Tons of travel which is not reimbursed at the labor law rate. they hire nurses with no homecare or anyone just to fill the spot instead of finding the right person and they don't pay nurses to orient new staff they don't pay the staff nurses with experience enough let alone with no experience in homecare, and this is for working 12 hour days on a good day. Huge turnover of staff since I have worked here both sides nurses supervisors and directors and even administration.what does that say right there? Pretty much everything. Once all the good nurses leave which is starting the company will fail. They need to clean out some of the upper management big time!!!!!!! This company is the worst homecare agency i have ever worked for and I have never been treated so poorly by management and forget corporate they are a complete joke they have no idea it's the good nurses that keep them in business and that's why they have jobs.

They have some really great nurses that are all starting to smarten up and leave because they are cutting salaries by thousands of dollars with no chance for raises again and the same for some lpns ! Some nurses shouldn't even work there but they keep them and punish the good ones. LHC Group is your stereotypical big company that puts money over their employees. There are even some cases where jobs were created and filled without ever letting other LHC Group employees know they exist.

These are the employees that have done nothing but give 110 percent to their job and get rewarded by having their jobs taken away. LHC Group has forced many remote employees (who were told that their jobs would be secure) to find work elsewhere simply because they don’t live close to their home office in Lafayette, La. The maximum annual raises went from 3 percent down to 1.5 percent in just two years, and the PTO cash out at the end of the year went from 100 percent down to 75 percent. For the past two years LHC Group has NOT made the satisfaction surveys available for their employees to fill out. Once you go to work for LHC Group it doesn't take long to see what kind of company they truly are money hungry and could care less about their employee satisfaction. LHC Group is a company that I was excited to work for because they are one of the biggest home health care providers in the country.
